Our Virtual Mentorship Program connects high school students with upper-year university students to provide insight into university life, academic programs, and personal experiences.
This program is designed to help students make more informed decisions about their future by learning directly from those who have recently navigated the transition to university.
All mentorship meetings are conducted online, making the program accessible and flexible.
1. Browse Mentors
Explore a list of upper-year mentors organized by program and area of study. Each mentor profile highlights their academic background and university experience.
2. Request a Meeting
Request a one-time informational meeting with a mentor of your choice, book online using the link above!
3. Schedule Online
Meetings are virtual and scheduled based on mentor availability. Our team will help coordinate a time that works for both the student and mentor.
Online Format: All sessions are conducted virtually.
Flexible Scheduling: There is no fixed weekly commitment. Meetings are arranged based on availability.
Primarily On-Demand: Most interactions are one-time conversations designed to provide insight and perspective.
Informational Focus: Meetings are intended to help students learn about university life, academic pathways, and personal experiences — not to provide ongoing academic tutoring or personal counseling.
If both the mentor and student express interest in continuing beyond the initial meeting, the program can facilitate a longer-term mentor–mentee pairing.
